SupremeCenter6 downtime

The emergency sitiation that occured with the SupremeCenter36 server has been solved successfully with no data loss at all. Yesterday the RAID configuration failed and collapsed, causing the loss of two of the installed hard drives. Immediate recovery procedure commenced. Damaged hardware was removed and replaced with brand new one. The whole data has been successfully extracted from the backup. We tried to fix everything as soon as possible. However, there was a total downtime of 9 hours. Therefore, we would like to apologize to you for the inconvenience that this extreme situation has caused.
