SupCenter 36 File System Failure

Unfortunately, SupCenter 36 was not available for the last 8 hours due to a file system failure. Our administrators have ran file system repairs, but without success. Right now the whole partition will be reloaded from backup. Unfortunately, all the data from the last 12 hours will be lost since the last backup was made 12 hours ago. This includes any recent uploads. MySQL databases are on a separate partition and they are intact. Regretfully, we will not be able to recover any e-mail messages. Currently the files are being restored from the backup and whole process will take around 12 hours to complete fully. Gradually, all sites will come up one by one since the restoration is per user account. Please, excuse us for the inconvenience caused.
