Server switch failure

We'd like to inform you that the server that your account is hosted on suffered downtime earlier today due to a switch supply failure in our Fremont Datacenter. The abrupt breakdown resulted in the server's going offline for approximately one hour (starting at around 03.00 PST).

The server downtime problem caused the non-availability of your web hosting control panel and web sites online. The issue was dealt with as quickly as possible and the server has been successfully returned to its normal functionality.

We'd like to apologize on behalf of our datacenter's administrators for any inconvenience that this unexpected issue may have caused and to assure you that no data have been lost.
