Unfortunately, SupCenter 36 was not available for the last 8 hours due to a file system failure. Our administrators have ran file system repairs, but without success. Right now the whole partition will be reloaded from backup. Unfortunately, all the data from the last 12 hours will be lost since the last backup was made 12 hours ago. This includes any recent uploads. MySQL databases are on a separate partition and they are intact. Regretfully, we will not be able to recover any e-mail messages. Currently the files are being restored from the backup and whole process will take around 12 hours to complete fully. Gradually, all sites will come up one by one since the restoration is per user account.
Please, excuse us for the inconvenience caused.

We’d like to inform you that the server that your account is hosted on suffered downtime earlier today due to a switch supply failure in our Fremont Datacenter. The abrupt breakdown resulted in the server’s going offline for approximately one hour (starting at around 03.00 PST).
The server downtime problem caused the non-availability of your web hosting control panel and web sites online. The issue was dealt with as quickly as possible and the server has been successfully returned to its normal functionality.
We’d like to apologize on behalf of our datacenter’s administrators for any inconvenience that this unexpected issue may have caused and to assure you that no data have been lost.

We’d like to inform you that one of our servers SupremeCenter20 - suffered a hard disc failure, which resulted in the 3-hour-and-a-half downtime of customer accounts and web sites earlier today (between 09:30-01.00 PST). Our team of administrators got mobilized to deal with the unexpected issue in a way that no data would be lost.
In consequence of their efforts, now the server is back to its normal mode and the online availability of your accounts and web sites has been restored.
To ensure the proper functionality of the server from now on, our administrators are planning to replace the damaged two out of four server hard discs that will possibly slow down the server work within several 10-minute periods. Well keep you updated on any news in the matter.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience that this unpredicted issue might have caused. We are doing our utmost to prevent it from occurring again.

Regretfully, we have to inform you that SupremeCenter18 is currently experiencing hardware problems with its two RAID1 hard drives. All web sites on the server are operational, but no updates can be made. E-mails cannot be received as well. Both hard drives are not capable of storing any new data and will be replaced.
This requires us to perform a full re-installation and restore the data from the current hard drives. The restoration procedure will take from 10 to 18 hours. We are doing our best to make sure that this process runs as smoothly and quickly as possible.
We would like to apologize for any inconvenience that this problem might cause. We can surely blame Friday 13 for that! Thank you for your understanding.

Dear Customers,
We would like to announce that on Tuesday, April 10, 2007, there will be a scheduled downtime of the web server your websites are hosted on. The estimated downtime will be no more than 30 minutes, which will be enough for us to phisically locate the server in a new rack and to attach it to a better UPS generator. UPS, which stands for Uninterruptible Power Supply, is a device that will guarantee no future downtimes. We would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused and to assure you that our actions are always focused on increasing the quality of the service.
