To the attention of all supremecenter39.com users! As you may have noticed, the server supporting your web hosting services was suffering a temporary unexpected working order disruption within the period of approximately two hours. For the successful resolution of the situation, that was threatening the entirety of the server’s file system, our administrators had to take urgent measures which, unfortunately, required that the server be in offline mode. The remedy operations were followed by a file system check procedure that took most of the time within the period the server was online.
All those operations were completed successfully, leading to the desired server recovery results. Now supremecenter39.com is back online with all the services functioning properly and no data loss registered.
We’d like to thank you for your understanding and would also like to assure you that all the best is being done to avoid further difficulties in this aspect.

Today, at around 12 AM GMT, we were forced to perform an urgent replacement of the IP addresses of all domains and subdomains currently hosted on supremecenter11.co.uk. This was due to a flood attack whose target website we have failed to determine. All customers, managing their DNS somewhere else, must update their IP address to the corresponding new IP address, which can be found in the Custom DNS Records section of the Web Hosting Control Panel.
The process of determining the website that was subject to the flood attack might take another 48 hours, meaning that within that period at least one more IP change will have to be performed (a change back to the original IP address or a change to a different IP address), before the attacked website finally comes to light
If you are not managing your DNS from somewhere else - no intervention on your side is demanded. The inconvenience in this case is that your website will display an error message of the type ‘Your website has been configured’, or similar, until the DNS cache gets cleared (within 20-30 minutes). According to RFC (Request for Comments) - this process is as time-consuming as is the domain name TTL, in this case - 10 minutes. However, the majority of DNSs do not comply with that standard and cache the results for a longer period of time.
We would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused by this matter.

If you have a domain name added with the option “Don’t manage DNS for this domain” enabled please have in mind that you will have to change the A record of the domain and any sub-domains associated with that domain to a new IP address.
The new IP address is 216.65.20.133 . An A record change propagates in maximum 4 hours so it is possible that there would be a downtime due an A record propagation.
If you are unsure if you have any domains added with the aforementioned option please go to Hosted Domains section of the Hosting Control panel and check if there is any domain with an NA icon just under the DNS column - if there is and it is operational you will have to change the A record.
Should you have any questions in relation to the account transfer please open a support ticket from the Help Center section of the control panel.

Dear customers,
We are glad to inform you that your hosting accounts will be transferred to a new higher standard web hosting platform and the quality of your web hosting services will be much improved. The new platform is designed to handle the server load during peak times (more than 10 peak times per day usually occur) much easier. You have probably faced so far server overload problems, esp. when running a backup procedure or processing the logs for the webalizer stats. With the new platform this problem should not occur - the server load during peak times will be no longer a cause for concern.
In order to execute the transfer procedure, your hosting accounts will be moved from supremecenter36 to supremecenter101. The transfer procedure will take place some time during the next 30 working days. We shall inform you, of course, about the exact day and when the transfer has been successfully done.
The differences you’ll spot and/or need to get accustomed to:
-
If you have been using webmail Horde - your settings will be lost.
-
The MySQL host will be changed from supremecenter36.com to supremecenter101.com. The procedure will be executed automatically in your scripts. You won’t have to manage it yourself. But if, after all, there’s some problem or a database mistake - please, check in the configuration files where the MySQL host is located first, and make sure it is the new one.
-
The PHPMyAdmin URL will be changed. The new URL for direct access will be https://supremecenter101.com/pma/.
Everything else will remain the same. You’ll be able to access the control panel from both https://supremecenter36.com and https://supremecenter101.com.
With compliments, from our company
